DOC’s Home Comfort Plans are designed to provide added efficiency and protection to your heating system and home. We offer two types of heating equipment coverage: a boiler plan and a furnace plan with an optional water heater plan. Covered parts and services differ by plan but all three help reduce your energy consumption, prolong equipment life and detect minor problems before they become more serious.
Our annual plans are comprehensive and include:
- Labor
- Replacement of most parts (depending on the plan you select)
- An annual heating system tune up
- A TankSure® inspection
- Emergency service 24-7, 365 days a year
Remember, cold Maine winters and severe weather can put stress on your heating oil or propane equipment increasing the chance of a breakdown. By enrolling in one of our DOC Home Comfort Plans, you take the worry out of unexpected overtime charges or expensive repairs protecting both your system and your wallet.
DOC’s Home Comfort Plan Options:
DOC’s Home Comfort Plans provide parts and labor coverage to your boiler or furnace when parts become defective due to normal wear and use.

- DOC Furnace Home Comfort Plan – $325.00
- DOC Water Heater Plan – $200.00

The optional water heater plan covers labor and replacement of various parts for direct and indirect water heaters. This plan is available with the purchase of a furnace or boiler plan but cannot be purchased alone.
Customers can join a plan any time of the year. Note that annual tune ups are a service DOC provides even if you are not interested in a full service plan.
