Reliable Delivery Options
Fuel needs aren’t one-size-fits-all, and while some options depend on account set up, customers can choose the fit that works best.
Automatic Delivery
A hands-off approach for #2 fuel, kerosene, propane, gasoline and diesel.Our system uses usage history and weather monitoring to schedule deliveries before you run low. Gasoline, diesel and propane deliveries can also be set on weekly or monthly schedules.
Will Call
Prefer to manage it yourself? Monitor your tank and contact us when you’re ready. We’ll include your delivery on the next scheduled route in your area (100-gallon minimum).
COD
A will-call option with payment made in advance. Pay online, by phone or pay at your local Home Comfort Office, and we’ll schedule your delivery (100-gallon minimum and 24-hour notice required).

Yes. DOC offers automatic delivery for #2 fuel, kerosene, propane, gasoline, and diesel.
DOC uses usage history and weather monitoring to schedule deliveries before a customer runs low. DOC takes the stress out of wondering when a delivery is needed next.
Payment depends on the credit terms and time limit approved at the time the account is set up.
Will-call means you monitor your tank gauge and call when you need fuel. DOC delivers the next time the delivery driver is scheduled in your area (100-gallon minimum required).
COD means cash upon delivery. Payment is due at delivery or customers can pay ahead on line, by calling in with a credit or debit card or by visiting a local DOC Home Comfort center. COD deliveries require a 100-gallon minimum and 24-hour notice before the date of delivery.
Yes. DOC offers 24-7 emergency service for heating or cooling issues even during severe weather and after hours.

Yes. DOC delivers on & off road diesel, gasoline and propane to on-site tanks so businesses can refuel efficiently and keep operations running smoothly.
DOC supports commercial customers with on-road diesel available 24/7 at select DOC’s Place locations and remote fueling stations located in the North Maine Woods, with DOC Card access at certain locations (including 24/7 fueling where noted).
Yes. My DOC Account allows customers to view history, order fuel, schedule payments, and link related accounts.

If you are not a customer, complete the BECOME A CUSTOMER application on the website to be considered for charging terms and for your account to be set up. You may also call customer service at 1-800-794-4362 to schedule your delivery.
