Senior Citizen Discount
Customers 55 years or older receive a .02¢ discount off gasoline at our DOC’s Place Fueling Locations and on heating oil and propane deliveries. Seniors paying for their gasoline with a CITGO Rewards Card will get .07c off every gallon (including the senior discount) with no fee associated with the card. $1 Off a Car Wash
Fill-up your vehicle at DOC’s Place in Fort Kent, Madawaska, Caribou, Houlton on Bangor Street and Bangor and receive $1 off a car wash package of your choice. Just be sure to let the attendant know you’d like to purchase a car wash with your fill-up. A minimum purchase of 5 gallons is required.
BIOMASS BOILER AND FURNACE REBATE
Efficiency Maine is offering up to $6000 in a mail-in rebate for any home or business that upgrades with a rebate-eligible biomass boiler or furnace. 1/3 of the project cost will be covered under this program. The Propane Gas Association of New England has a couple of rebates applicable for the installation of a new propane hot water and heating system when a customer switches from oil or electricity. They are offering a $300 rebate towards the installation of a propane fueled hot water heater and an additional $300 for the installation of a propane fueled heating system. These rebates are subject to the terms and availability of PGANE funding. Ask your local DOC service manager for details.
