In the Pink
Daigle Oil Company is working hard to be a good neighbor in the communities we serve by supporting many charitable causes, including breast cancer awareness. In 2010, Daigle Oil Company partnered with Susan G. Komen in the fight against breast cancer, and for five years, supported the local Race for the Cure with a DOC Propane team.
Recognizing that breast cancer is prominent in the area that we live and work in, we shifted our focus away from Susan G. Komen and now support local pink golf scrambles, community cancer walks and area hospital cancer equipment campaigns to help make a difference right here at home.
Timing was perfect to partner with WAGM TV in 2011 to kick off a monthly breast cancer awareness public service announcement campaign we call In the Pink. And, in 2014, Cary Medical Center joined our efforts to help advocate this great cause. Here are some of our favorite spots:
