Please have your DOC account number ready. This account number is located above the date on the invoice or statement. You have the option of paying with a credit or debit card and/or making an ACH payment through your bank account. Credit card payments will post to your account within (1) business day and ACH payments can take up to (4) business days to process. When making an ACH payment, double check your routing and account numbers prior to submitting. Please note we are working on improving the timing of this process.
