DOC’s Pre-Paid Fixed Plan
This plan allows you to purchase the number of gallons you’ll need for the upcoming heating season with a minimum purchase of 350 gallons. All your deliveries will be priced at the fixed pre-pay contract price until your pre-paid contractual gallons run out or until the contract expires at the end of the heating season in May, whichever comes first. This means you pay the same fixed price per gallon regardless if prices go up or down.
If you use more than your pre-paid gallons, all subsequent deliveries will be billed at the daily posted price.
Enrollment for this plan begins in June and ends in May.
