Coats for Kids

Daigle Oil Co. recently completed their third annual Coats for Kids clothing drive in conjunction with the Maine Oil Dealers Association, WLBZ-TV and the Salvation Army. This annual event gives families an opportunity to drop off new or used coats at any DOC's location throughout Northern Maine. The coats are cleaned and distributed to needy families through the outreach services of the Salvation Army. This year hundreds of coats, jackets, handmade mittens and other articles of warm clothing, collected by oil dealers all across Maine, were delivered to the Salvation Army by Santa driving a horse drawn sleigh. The Coats for Kids program grows every year and Daigle Oil Co. is pleased to be part of it.
